Account details (name, email, phone, photo), the answers and documents you submit for each service, payment records and screenshots, messages with our team, and basic usage data needed to run the app.
To provide and track your services, prepare and file applications with government departments, verify payments and issue invoices, send you notifications you have enabled, and improve Docone.
Your files are stored privately. Only you and the authorised Docone team members handling your enquiry can open them, using short-lived secure links. We share documents with government departments only as needed to file your application.
When AI review is enabled, a document or description you submit may be processed by our AI provider solely to generate a summary or recommendation. It is not used to train public models.
We keep your records for as long as your account is active and for the period required under Indian tax and record-keeping laws. You can ask us to delete your account; some invoice records must be kept by law.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may access, correct or erase your personal data and withdraw consent. Contact us from Support & Help to make a request.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and every staff action on your case is logged.
We will notify you in the app if this policy changes materially.
