Docone is a private documentation assistance platform operated by Whitebox Legal Consultants. We are not a government authority. All approvals, licences, registrations and certificates are issued solely by the relevant government department, and Docone cannot guarantee any outcome.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or acting with a guardian's consent.
We guide you on requirements, prepare and file applications on your behalf, and track progress. Timelines shown are estimates based on typical processing; actual timelines depend on the department.
Docone service fees are shown on each service page and include GST. Government fees, stamp duty and penalties, where applicable, are separate and charged at actuals. Payments made by UPI are confirmed after our team verifies the transaction, after which a tax invoice is issued.
If we have not started work on your application, you may request a full refund of the Docone fee. Once documents have been prepared or filed, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial. Government fees already paid to a department cannot be refunded by Docone. Approved refunds are issued with a credit note within 7 working days.
You confirm that documents you upload are genuine and that you have the right to share them. Submitting false information may lead to rejection by authorities and termination of service without refund.
Docone AI and the service advisor provide automated, general guidance. They are not legal advice. Our professionals confirm requirements before filing.
To the extent permitted by law, Docone's total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for delays or decisions by government departments.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the city of our registered office.
